Easysoft ODBC-ISAM Driver

I don't want my users to be able to update my ISAM data, can I set up read-only access?

Yes, read-only users can be set up within EDA for ISAM. Access to the database is governed at table level. Administrators have control over which tables users can see and what permissions they have. The available user table permissions are: SELECT, DELETE, INSERT and UPDATE.
